Who runs this site, and how your data is handled
The short version: this site sets no cookies, loads no tracking scripts and knows nothing about you unless you write to us.
Who runs Place for It All
Place for It All is run by [Owner's full name], an individual resident in Romania. [Owner's full name] is the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

What data is processed, and why
- When you visit. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes the technical data your browser sends with every request: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and give us aggregated traffic statistics (counts of visits and pages, never individuals).
- When you write to us. Your name, email address and message, used only to reply to you.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)): running a secure, working site, understanding which pages are read, and answering the messages we receive. You are not required to give us any data, and there is no automated decision-making or profiling.
Who receives it
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts, delivers and protects the site, and forwards email sent tohello@placeforitall.com, as our processor.
- The email provider that hosts our mailbox stores the messages you send us.
- Amazon, for product images. Some posts show product images that Amazon requires to be served from its own servers. Your browser fetches them from Amazon, which receives your IP address and browser details with that request and handles them as an independent controller under its own privacy notice.
- Affiliate Networks and Merchants, after you click. When you click a product link, the retailer (such as Amazon, Target or Walmart) or the affiliate network (Sovrn Commerce, Impact or CJ) receives your click and handles your data as an independent controller under its own privacy notice. We only receive aggregated reports of clicks, orders and commissions from them, never who you are.
Transfers outside Europe
Cloudflare is based in the United States. Transfers to it rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, with the Standard Contractual Clauses (and their UK version) as a fallback.
How long data is kept
- Visit data: we have no access to individual request logs. Cloudflare keeps request data under its own retention policy, and shows us aggregated statistics only.
- Messages: kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, then deleted.
Cookies and third parties
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. If Cloudflare's security systems challenge a suspicious request, they may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm).
Third parties, including Amazon and other advertisers, may serve content and advertisements, collect information directly from visitors, and place or recognize cookies on visitors' browsers. On this site that happens only when your browser fetches an Amazon product image, or after you click a product link and land on their site, where their own cookie and privacy notices apply.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. To opt out of interest-based advertising, visit Your Online Choices (EU and UK) or theDigital Advertising Alliance (US), and Amazon'sadvertising preferences.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, to restrict its use, to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to its use at any time. Email hello@placeforitall.comand we will reply within one month.
Complaints
You can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority,ANSPDCP, or, in the UK, to theInformation Commissioner's Office (ICO). We would be glad to hear from you first.
